Didn't Colin Firth's hands look HUGE on the poster of this that was originally posted? Look at how tiny his hands and forearms are now!
I'm digging the new look of your website. Nice to get it away from the generic tan and navy.
As for these heads going on different bodies? Are actors just not going to photo shoots anymore? If I were an actor i'd be everywhere trying to get my face out there. Need photos? Come on over.

Quick administrative comment - your new layout causes the images not to show up in RSS - only a link to the post. Previous layout had the photo show up. If there's any way to have the photo in RSS, that'd be cool. :)
The photo showed up in RSS (Google Reader) for me.
That head transplant IS horrible.
As far as why actors don't get together for shoots, I'm guessing it's either schedule problems or maybe that the marketing people can't decide what they want on the boxes/posters/etc. for the movie so they think they can take a lot of pics of everyone separately and put them together later like LEGO pieces...

I'll see if I can work out a fix for the RSS images. The problem isn't the new template, it is because the images are larger than before.
(Moral: No good deed goes unpunished.)
I know the smart people use RSS; I'll see if I can continue to show larger pictures and still provide image content in the feeds.

Colin Firth's arm looks awful! I just tried to do the same gesture with my own arm, and i think I just dislocated my elbow...

And what's also weird about this is that the version splattered across my part of the country had a different head on Mr Firth: see here.
And he doesn't look any less like Max Headroom in that shot either.
I think they should have taken some of the production costs for this flick and hired a better marketing company. ALL of their poster work has been this same type of cut & paste monstrosity.
I dont know why people think its a head transplant other than the fact that hes not looking at anybody. Its just a weird photo choice of him making a weird face that has nothing at all to do with the 2 others. All of his facial features obey the laws of anatomy and the lighting is typical photo studio lighting. Its probably his dark suit that is throwing his face off since its not detailed enough to show that it would have the same blurriness as the face. If he was standing by himself I bet he would look perfectly natural.

It's because it is an extreme head transplant. You should see the large poster-size version of this, as seen at bus stops in Liverpool. You can tell just how blurry he is compared to the crystal clarity of the other two.
I think they used the same marketing company as these movies, also starring Colin Firth:
