And what about the perspective? The splash of the guy on the left would imply that his legs are in the water, but no-one elses are even though they're clearly lower than him, and argh its just fucked up...
I think the hand with the green bracelet is supposed to be the girl on the far right, whose arm disappears behind the guy next to her. It's probably supposed to be the remainder of her arm behind him. Too bad they shmutzed it up.
The forearm of the kid in the yellow shirt isn't quite right, either. Wow, this is a mess.

My guess is that the artist had multiple versions of this pictures saved in various stages of being photoshopped, and he/she sent out the wrong one for the Disney Sing-A-Long cover.

OK, this is the first "Photpshop Disaster" that:
A) truly is disastrous; and
B) made me laugh like an idiot.
That "possibly someone with a hat" line freakin' made the whole entry!

Wow. You have got to be kidding! This is just awful! DId someone at Disney hire an intern, show them a 3-minute Photoshop tutorial, spray pepper spray in their eyes, duct tape their fingers together, then ask them to complete this job within 10 minutes? Because that's what it looks like happened here. So bad!
I'm betting it was something like this:
Artist: OK, I'll need at least another day. I've to get the gal on the right moved to her own layer and erased from the main layer (and clean that up). Then I've got to add hat-guy to the main layer and bring the other gal back in.
Disney: Just make the f*cking picture, ah-tist, you've got one hour.
Artist: Sigh.

I reckon each person was shot individually and they were all comped together (it's much easier to do it this way, especially with stars whose legs you can't afford to break when they all trip over each other).
As stated above this image represents an intermediate step before all the necessary parts of the girl on the right had been removed...
What about the green girl's incredibly long fingers? They are almost half as long as her arm!

This site used to be great, now it's just picking on the hand dis/advantaged (hand-icapped? handicomped? sorry.)
By the way, the extra hand/fingers appears in the "clean" versions listed in previous comments.

That's a lot better. But the boy on the far left splashing into the water and the girl beside him not is still wack. That's a little more subtle than the six fingered girl and her right arm that wormed-holed through the boy with the hat.
