his was clearly done on purpose. It's impossible to accidentally blend a hand into a back. The real question is, why the hell did the 'shopper think this was a good idea??
They probably had to edit out a roll of back fat. You know, because she's enormous.
Definitely a PSD, but nobody's been comped into this picture. Seems more likely that they wanted to make the back of her dress look like it was cut lower.

I'm sure it was just a cropping error, and not really a photoshopper's mistake. An art director's mistake surely, but I think the photoshoppery was fine.

But it's a mistake made by overusing or misusing Photoshop, aka, Photoshop disaster.
