the thing about having been a celeb for decades is, well, there are decades worth of pictures.
i vote for redaction and banning of the psd failer.
I hate to agree with the dickheads, but perhaps as with the Yngvi Malmsteen a few weeks back, this is just an older picture of Liza.
Still a major fail on their part, of course.
To be honest, if I was buying whatever it is they're flogging here, I'd want to buy it from Sally Bowles.

Liza is a survivor. Using a 30-y-old photo is an insult.
The current photo isn't Liza with a Z. Its the rotting, briefly exhumed corpse of Judy Garland. And the photo in the ad isn't Lize, either. It is just some generic model who has been blur filtered until she could look slightly like anyone.

I don't know where the version on the PSD post is from, but the same photo is on her offical websiteIt's not in the galleries though, so no clue when it was originally taken. It doesn't look like one from the 70's though...
...actually a quick google search shows it's popping up on various sites but has relatively recently appeared. It's the cover image for a book published in Feb this year too.
What ewaffle said. The real Liza with a Z is off at a caberet (though bears a striking resemblance to her mom's bloated corpse), and my mom had an album from when she looked like the picture at right. I was ten at the time, I'm fourty now...

I've always liked Liza. She was great in the short lived "Arrested Development".
I saw Liza Minnelli (two Ns two Ls, people!) in NYC last December. (Yes, I'm gay.) She didn't look all that bad....
In both pictures, it looks like the "eyebrows" are just airbrushed on.
Out of curiosity I emailed the fansite and asked when the photo was taken. Their response:
"Liza had that taken a year ago -- last Good Friday, March (22nd, I Think, off the top of my head), 2008, in NYC, during a publicity photo shoot, by the photographer, Rick Day"
