The weird part is that if you cover up just the eyes, or just the mouth, it looks "okay." But put together it's terrifying!

While that kid is freaking me out, it actually looks like they also put a completely different head on the mom. Is it just me or does the neck seem to be out of place and blended and blurred out?
Ooh, the woman's head is entirely disconnected. it's a picture from her facing left, down to the bottom of the neck tendons. Egad. This is a seriously bad PSD.
I think they put an older child's face on a toddler's head. Reminds me of all the old comic books where the artists didn't know how to draw kids, so they drew tiny, creepy adults instead.
This is honestly one of the worst PD's I have seen on this blog. This picture is repellant.

Yesterday I've submitted that Veja's cover here to PsD (my guess is that some other people did the same, coz it is REALLY bad!), now I'm hoping it is published here as well!

The Veja cover really does deserve a spot here.
But I must say it took a tremendous amount of willpower to come here and comment after seeing this disaster.

Baby does look like Chucky, only with whiter and pointier teeth! With glowing eyes. That mom is about to lose her head...literally. But that might be a good thing, as it is clearly on wrong.
The proportions seem off, too. Maybe it's just the perspective, but the mom seems too big or the kid too small. The face looks like the kid is 10 while its body is 2.
Perhaps this was a Carnivale edition.

based on the other pictures in the magazine, the comp was made from pictures at the same shoot. So I guess it's ok to comp as long as you only use the same person's body parts. The girl is actually pretty cute in other pictures (where she's not smiling).

The baby's body looks right, but the head doesn't seem to have been in the original pic. The woman's head was in the sun (probably facing the other way).
Just because you can do stuff in PS doesn't mean you should. Sometimes taking another picture is better!

I don´t know which one is worse, Crescer or the Veja cover someone sent. As a brazilian myself, I´m so proud of our covers, always on PsD!!
