The horse's hitler hairdo is making me feel ill.
The dog with the bow has this weird grin going on. I expect it to break out in hysterical Joker giggles any second.
I think the true culprit is the terrifyingly non-matching fence. The fence in the background is most likely a three-rail wooden job, while the one in the foreground is HILARIOUS. Is the horse standing in a hole, or did he have an unfortunate run-in with a weed whacker? The fence is only 5 - 6 parakeets high, which would mean it couldn’t stop a low-slung snake (or the evil creature that created the arm salsa).
My money's on the cat. He's clearly trying to cover up his crime.

OH MY GOD, I just realized something. Count the fingers on the right hand.
whoa. what is going on here? her legs are all akimbo and her right hand has 5 fingers (assuming the thumb is hiding?) with one finger apparently bandaged...And isn't that rabbit a tad gigantic?

By 'Pet Vet' they obviously mean 'Veteran' - this poor girl has been mangled in combat and now spends rehab time with cuddly, damaged animals. The whole thing just oozes quality, doesn't it.

the cat has a guilty look, but then maybe it ate the other parakeet... or had a fiery night with the somewhat flustered looking rabbit. i'm thinking one of the dogs... the horse kind of went full retard with the hairdo, so no, not the horse.

She did it herself! The photoshopped scarf, which hangs so very 'naturally' on the dog, is in fact concealing the knife/cleaver/hatchet/whatever that she used. I've seen this box art, and known that it is particularly awful. I had not, however, given it a long enough look to realize how awful the comping was.
Maybe I was suffering some kind of temporary blindness last time I saw this.

Oh man it gets even worse when you zoom in. That is clearly not even her real hair. she wasn't really wearing that outfit. chunks of the bunny's head is missing.(probably due to not so steady eraser.) And for some unknown reason, they used smudged on the edges of the dogs mouth to give it pit-bull teeth impressions.
